In memory of: Dr. Les Summers Message: I worked with Les and I can't possibly find the words to describe how supportive he was of my team. We were trying to provide better access to diabetes care and had issues getting patients without physicians the care they needed. Les stepped up and agreed to see any unattached patients so that they could get referred to the specialty care they needed. He was already a busy man but he believed in "health care" not "health business". I could list multiple times that Les came to the aid of the underdog patients who didn't have the access to care they should have but all who knew him would know that he did this kind of service everyday. Les' passing is a great loss to his family but also to the health care system! It was a pleasure to have known Les!

In memory of: Dr. Leslie Summers Message: I worked with Dr.Summers for years at R.M.H., he was so kind and respectful towards his patients and we nurses. Dr.Summers was also my Father's Dr. during a long illness at the end of Dad's life. Dr.Summers was in to visit everyday with that kind smile and a firm handshake for Dad. We all lost a dedicated physician and a sweet guy with the passing of Dr. Summers. My sympathy goes out to all the family and friends.
