We are sad to announce the passing of
Agnes Dale Swift (best known as Dale)
on November 14th, 2021 in Picton ON
At the age of 76.
Predeceased by sister Diane and parents Lewis and Imogene Swift.
Survived by brother Dean Swift and sons Trevor and Brent (Susan ) Smith.
She leaves behind 3 grandsons, Rhys, Riley and Maddox Smith.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the wonderful doctors and nurses
at PEC Memorial Hospital who compassionately assisted with her care.
Cremation has taken place
and friends are invited to gather with the family at the
AINSWORTH FUNERAL HOME,
288 NOXON AVENUE, WELLINGTON
on Tuesday, November 23rd from 1-3 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the
Alzheimer’s Society of Prince Edward County.
