at Hospice Prince Edward, Picton
on Thursday, January 16th, 2025
In her 100th year
Loving wife of the late Douglas Baker.
Predeceased by her sons, Jim (Diane Fagan) and Larry (late Pat).
Dear Nanny to Amanda (Tyler Eng), Seana Baker and Krista Baker (Kyle Cormack)
and her great grandchildren Noah, Isaac, Aubrey and Morgan.
Fondly remembered by her extended family and friends.
The family would like to thank the staff at Hospice Prince Edward and
the Elizabeth Group for their compassionate care.

VERNON (Verne) ANTHONY GOLDEN
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our loved one
Verne Golden (owner of Golden’s Trucking)
on Friday January 10th, 2025 at his home in Roslin at the age of 75.
He found his greatest happiness with his partner and best friend Amber.
She was by his side from the beginning of his diagnosis with ALS just a few short months ago.
They shared many wonderful times together. He is survived by his son Robert (Bob) Golden of New Brunswick, Justin Golden (deceased), siblings Vincent (Diane) Golden, Lorraine Flooks (Shane), Jim Golden (deceased)
