Bunn, Andrea

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of
Andrea Bunn
at Hospice Prince Edward Picton, on September 27, 2024.
Andrea was surrounded by family and was 85.
She had been a resident of Wellington since 2008.

Daughter of the late David and Wanda Crow, Andrea was the middle child of a family with 7 children - known as Dolly to her siblings.
She is survived by her 2 younger sisters, Audrey and Marilyn. Most of Andrea’s childhood was spent in Kingston and her family
also had a summer cottage at Roches Point, Lake Simcoe.

Andrea started working at a young age to help support her family.
She continued to be a working Mom who taught her own family by example the value of hard work.
Andrea relished her many job roles – from selling shoes for Calderone at the brand new Yorkdale Mall
in the 60’s to her long career with Dow Chemical as a salesperson through the 80’s and 90’s with accounts
throughout Ontario and Quebec.

Cherished mother of Deborah Koziolek (Rudy), Gayle Bunn (Stephen) and James Bunn.
Predeceased by her partner Geoff Perkins in 2019.

Beloved ‘Grammie’ to her 4 grandchildren, Katherine, Karl, Keith and Andrew.

Andrea loved mystery novels, the Blue Jays, Arsenal Football, fish & chips, tennis, golf and the Maple Leafs.
She had natural style and loved to finish every outfit with a matching hat and the perfect manicure.

Andrea will be greatly missed by the wonderful friends she made, past and present, at the Wellington on the Lake community.
She was also an active member of the Red Hat Society for several years.

The family would like to send their very heartfelt thanks to the compassionate team at Hospice Prince Edward,
Dr Tamara Adamek (Picton) and Dr. Khaled Zaza (Kingston).

If desired, donations to Hospice Prince Edward would be appreciated by the family.
