Our beautiful Lainey Alexandra Markland
was born asleep surrounded by so much love with her family June 30th, 2024.
Left behind to mourn our beautiful angel is Mommy and Daddy Sumer Steenburgh and Chase Markland.
Grandparents Gram & Gramp Lorraine and Scott Steenburgh, Nan Patti Markland, Papa Dave Markland. Great grandparents Marilyn & David Shelley, Mary MacCauley & predeceased Riley Steenburgh, Howard & Lyla Markland, Floyd & Barbara Bryans. Much loved niece to Christopher Steenburgh, Lindsay Steenburgh (Brandon), Craig Turner, Chad Turner (Tess), Kendall Markland, Troy Keegan, Marlee, honorary niece to TJ and Amanda Clapp.
Will be sorely missed by big cousins Charlotte, Mia, Holden and Hannah.
Lainey will also be missed by her many great aunts and uncles.
Our precious Lainey went to be in the arms of her Uncle Brennan Markland, Christopher Turner
and her great great grandma Annie Lorraine, who we know will all take care of her until we meet again.
Donations to the Belleville General Hospital Foundation for the Butterfly Run program
would be greatly appreciated to help other families going through similar tragedies.
