Walker, Jean Elizabeth
With deep sadness we announce the peaceful passing of
Jean Elizabeth Walker
on October 7, 2022,
in her 98th year.
Daughter of Frederick Archibald and Kathleen Roddis (nee Leslie).
Beloved wife of the late Bill (William) Wallace Walker.
Predeceased by brothers Peter and David.
Loving mother of David (late), JoAnne, and James (Melinda).
Jean will be greatly missed by her family, friends and neighbours,
and most fondly remembered for her strong Christian faith and charitable heart.
Following cremation, a Memorial Service will be held at the
Emmanuel Baptist Church, 240 Main Street, Bloomfield, ON
on Friday Oct 14, 2022 at 11:30 a.m.
Family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until time of service.
Reception to follow the service at the church.
Interment will be held at St. Margaret’s in the Pines Cemetery, 4130 Lawrence Avenue East, Scarborough, ON
on Friday October 21, 2022 at 2:00 PM
If desired, flowers or a donation to the Alzheimer Society of Ontario would be appreciated by the family.
