ZELLA BERNICE ADAMS
Passed away peacefully with family by her side on
Sunday, October 2nd, 2022 at Strathmere Lodge, Strathroy
in her 100th year.
Born April 9, 1923 to the late Walter and Ethel Minaker in Prince Edward County.
Much loved wife of the late Floyd (2005). Dear Mom of Lila Billing and her partner Terry Poole of Lucan
and Keith and his wife Sally of Calgary. Grandma of Heather Auger (Mike) of Milton, Tara Carlington (Dave) of Michigan,
Jennifer Rodney (Dave) of Canmore Alberta and Erin Schwarz (Marcel) of Germany. Great Grandma to Joey, Brooklyn,
Ashley, Dawson. Evan, Merrit, Madison, Enya and Quinn.
She was the last surviving member of the 10 Minaker siblings. Predeceased by Everett, Iva, Hazel, Doris, Doug, Grant,
Art, Eileen and Herbert. Survived by Marie Minaker (late Art) and Gordon Parks (late Reta) and several nieces and nephews.
She resided in Campbellford for over 68 years where she was very active in the curling, lawn bowling and bridge clubs.
She was a life member of St. John's UCW and a charter member of the OES.
Cremation has taken place and internment of her ashes will take place on
Saturday October 29th at 1:30 p.m. at Wellington Cemetery, Wellington,ON .
Donations to Sick Kids Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
