Margery Frances Dissette
It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Margery Frances Dissette on March 21st, 2010 at the age of 96. Dear sister of Edward (Marian). Loving aunt to David and his sister Joanna (Pielsticker) and great aunt to Wayne. Born in New York, Margery returned to Toronto with her parents and attended Bishop Strahan, North Toronto High School and Northern for art. She then worked for the Eaton Co. on Yonge Street as a window display designer. In the early 70â??s she became the furniture curator at Upper Canada Village in Morrisburg, ON, both before and after it opened and remained until she retired.
As was her
wish, there will be no visitation or service.
Cremation has take place.
Arrangements entrusted to Ainsworth Funeral Home, Wellington, ON.
