David Jeffrey Vachon
Died Wednesday, December 2nd, 2020,
in his 55th year from complications of brain cancer.
Mr. Vachon, a native of North Bay, ON, was a longtime newspaper journalist
whose career began in Kirkland Lake and brought him to Belleville
where he was News Editor of The Intelligencer, County Weekly News
and Community Press since 1991.
In his final days, Mr. Vachon was under the compassionate and gentle care of
Hospice Prince Edward, in Picton, where he passed peacefully.
In keeping with Mr. Vachon's wishes, there will be no funeral services,
but a celebration of his life will be held when health conditions permit.
