With his wife and 3 daughters by his side
at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre
on Monday, March 14, 2016
in his 74th year 

Cherished, best friend, and  husband of 49 years to Wava (nee Sutherland).  
Loving father of Lorraine Brown (Renato Zegarra),
Julie Brown (Sean Heuchert), and Wendy Lavender (Scott).  
Cherished grandfather of Tristan, Austin, Griffin, Ella, Jonah and Holly.  
Dear brother of Delbert (the late Carol) and Marion Alston (Tom).  
Sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, friends, and his extended family.  

Friends will be received at the
HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE,
2510 Bensfort Rd., Peterborough,
on Thursday from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m.  
Funeral Prayers will be held in the Highland Park Funeral Chapel
on Friday, March 18, 2016 at 10:30 a.m.
Monsignor Mike Heffernan officiating.  
Interment Highland Park Cemetery.  
In memory of Lorne and in lieu of flowers,

Hospice Peterborough would be appreciated by the family.
