JAMES MALCOLM ‘MAC’ McARTHUR
Suddenly on June 13th, 2014
in his 64th year.
Son of Malcolm and Sheila McArthur.
Mac is survived by his
partner Doug McMahon,
sister Barbara and her husband Peter Howatt.
Predeceased by his sister Heather.
Mac is also survived by his
nephew Colm Oswell,
Heather’s partner Paul Truster and extended family Paula
Chalmers and their son Miles.
Mac touched many lives with
his activities as a Charter Accountant traveling
the world with an
International Hotel Chain and working for many organizations during his time in
Australia.
By devoting his expertise in recent years to such organizations as
Doctors without Borders, Engineers without Borders and
Four Counties Brain
Injury Association,
he assisted in forwarding their mandates.
Guitar player,
published poet and scanner photography artist,
Mac would continue to touch the
lives of many.
A small gathering
to celebrate Mac’s Life will be planned for the near future.
