He took my hubby on when his doctor retired and has been my grown children’s doctor since birth. He will be greatly missed by all of us. Rest in peace Dr J. 😢❤️

In memory of: Dr. Peter Johannsson Message: My heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of Peter Johannsson or as I called him Dr. J. I was 22 yrs. of age when Dr. J. became my physician after Dr. Caughey retired and am now 69, so I've been a patient under his care for 47 years! It is so hard to believe that he has gone from here to be with the angels in heaven, but at least he will have the chance to relax because he did have a busy practice plus the hospital to check on patients there and in the Emergency Dept. as well. I was at Bingo when I was told of Peter's passing and went into shock, tears to my eyes (then and now) and still can't believe he's gone. He will be missed by everyone. Rest in Peace Dr. J. you deserve it!

In memory of: Dr Peter Johannsson Message: Dr. Johannsson was my family doctor for thirty-three years (my whole life) as well as my mother's since she was sixteen. He was a wonderful and compassionate doctor who took a keen interest in my studies. In fact, he was one of only a few people who read the books of Gilbert Parker, the topic of my doctoral dissertation. He was there for my family though the worst parts of our lives. He will be sorely missed.
