He wasn't my physician, but he looked after my partner, and always checked in with me during my pregnancy and the first bit of out little one's life any time we were in. He was an amazing member of our local healthcare system. He will be missed by many. Much love to all who are missing Peter.

In memory of: Peter Johanssen Message: Peter was such a lovely man... so kind and compassionate. I have beautiful memories of him and his horses (much loved) and "basket" hounds (equally loved) as they lumbered up the ramp into his car. Peter always waved and peered out of his car window to say hello, often stopping right in the middle of the road. It was important to him to connect with us all. And he did it so well. I am deeply saddened by his death... he was also much valued as my doctor and a welcome part of our County horse community. Of course, he would work up to the moment before he chose to die. That was Peter. He loved his work, his patients, and his colleagues! We are so lucky to have had him in our lives.
