We taught at Pinecrest for many years when your mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother was more than the office secretary. She greeted teachers, pupils and parents with a ready smile and helpful assistance. She often went beyond her job obligations to help make special events such as graduation top quality. Ruth never refused extra help even when the timeline was tight. She was respected throughout the community and the Pinecrest staff and students benefitted from their association with her. In memory of: Ruth Wilson Message: Brenda, Steve, so sorry to hear of the passing of Aunt Ruth. My brother Dan, and myself, have been wondering for years how she was or if she had passed. We didn't have any contact info for you or Steve. Aunt Ruth was a lovely lady. Neil (my husband) and I enjoyed visiting her when she lived at home, and Aunt Ruth and I exchanged Christmas cards for several yrs. It was very sad when we heard about her passing. Please, let us know when arrangements are made for her graveside service. My number is 705-872-1724. We are still on our farm. Steve has been here, many yrs ago.
