My sincere condolences to David's family. I've had the honor of knowing David for many, many years. David was one of the kindest, most gentle souls I have ever met. I've seen David struggle through some very difficult times with his health over the years and I honestly can't recall him ever complaining about anything, other than 1 time. It was at that time that David was quite unwell and had undergone emergency surgery. When I asked David how he was feeling, his response was "not that good Lorrie".....so I knew that he was very unwell at that time because David, no matter how he was feeling, would always reply, "I'm ok Lorrie" with a big smile on his face so that he didn't worry anyone. David was loved by many people, how could a person not care for someone as kind hearted as he was. David had a way of filling peoples hearts and putting a smile on others faces if they were having a tough or sad day. He will remain in the hearts of many people and will be truly missed. |
