Passed away peacefully at her Pathways to Independence home in Frankford, ON 
on Saturday, August 12^th, 2023

CAROLYN ANNE PARKS
At the age of 76.

Dear daughter of the late Eleanor and Ross Parks.
Lovingly remembered by siblings Brian (Carol), Ken (Barb), Kathy (Vic), Richard (Kim), Steve (Wanda) and their families.

The Parks family would like to thank the staff at Pathways to Independence for their kind and compassionate care.

Cremation has taken place and a private family interment will take place.
