Erika Dora Roth (née Goetz),
age 59,
passed away peacefully on
Friday December 6th, 2019
at the Kingston General Hospital,
after a brave 2 year battle with cancer.
She will be greatly missed by all the family and friends she leaves behind.
She is survived by her husband, Juerg; her children Christopher (Andrea) and Melissa (David);
and grandchildren Ophelia, Mathias, Sofia and Cedric; her mother, Dora; and sisters Heidi, Sylvia, Treese and Yolanda.
She was preceded in death by her father Paul.
Erika was born in Toronto in 1960 and spent most of her life in the GTA, before moving to beautiful Prince Edward County,
where she spent her last years in great happiness. Along with many other roles that she filled,
she was a devoted mother and homemaker, creative daycare provider, and enthusiastic Girl Guide leader.
Most of all, she was a lover of beauty and nature. Her positivity and generosity touched many lives
and we will endeavor to live by her example.
As per her wishes, cremation has taken place.
A celebration of life for Erika will be held mid-winter in Prince Edward County.
