Passed away peacefully at home
on Tuesday, August 29th, 2017
ALFRED CAIRNS
At the age of 90
Beloved husband of 65 years to Edith Cairns (nee Foster).
Dear father of Cindy Donafeld (John), Margaret Stather (Keith),
Laurel Slone (Eric) and John (Joanne).
Grandpa to Erin Dillman (Mike), Anne Donafeld, Chris Stather (Crystal), Isabel Slone
and great grandpa to Laura, Tommy and Sophie.
Predeceased by his parents John and Florence (nee Cook),
his brothers Robert and Donald and his cousin Phyllis Tummon.
Alfred was a lifelong farmer in the Center Community.
A Memorial Service will be held at the
Rednersville Albury United Church on Tuesday, September 5th at 2:00 p.m.
Friends may visit with the family from 1:00 p.m. until time of service.
A private family interment will take place at Grove Cemetery at a later date.
