Peacefully passed away after a courageous battle with cancer
at the Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital
on Saturday, July 2nd, 2011
WILLIAM 'BILL' THOMPSON
Of Wellington
In his 80th year
Beloved son of the late William and Reta Thompson. Dear husband of Gwen. Loving father of Richard (Lisa), Karen (Bob), Donna (Gord), Tracey (Jeff) and Edward. Remembered by his 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Survived by his sister Merle Burrows and predeceased by brother Robert and sisters Neva and Betty.
Bill was a life member of the Wellington Legion Branch 160 and as an avid card player. He will be sadly missed.
A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, July 7th
at the Wellington Cemetery at 11:00 a.m.
Memorial Donations to the Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital Foundation
would be appreciated by the family.
