It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Barbara
at Hospice Prince Edward Picton, on the morning of August 20, 2024
at the age of 88.
Daughter of the late Bill and Mayetta Halloran. Beloved wife of the late Cecil Blemkie.
Cherished mother of John (Judy) Pat (Frank), Peter (Louise) Cecil Jr. (Tammy) and Barb (Mike).
Beloved Nanny to her 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren
and her late grandson Michael.
A Private Graveside Service will be held at Quaker Cemetery, Bloomfield
