GERALD (JERRY) JAMES POLMATEER
Passed away peacefully in his 61st year

with his family by his side.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Cindy Polmateer, and his six children, Jessica-Rhae Spoelder (Biriho),
Lacy Rosborough (Chris), Brandi Beimers (Bryan), Catherine Chau, Brittany Beimers and Matthew Polmateer.
Grandpa/Bubbies to Joseph, Parker, Ada, Elliott, Arwen and Luna.

Jerry will be fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
He will be especially missed by his mother-in-law Donna Frost, and his good friend Dan Lobb.

Jerry was a commercial fisherman for eighteen years, and continued to love to fish recreationally thereafter.
He would later spend many years at Midtown Meats where he was a team leader. Jerry loved spending summers at his
trailer at Valemar campsite, where he took great pride in looking after the grounds.

Jerry's family is forever grateful for the tremendous care and support from the team at Hospice Prince Edward,
Dr. Burrows and Brad Gunn NP from PEFHT.

As Jerry would always say, "I gotta be me!", and that he was.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to Hospice Prince Edward (www.hospiceprinceedward.ca)
or a cheque made in-trust for Matthew Polmateer, in memory of Jerry is appreciated.
