Jack Allan Brooks
Jack passed away peacefully on November 15th, 2016
at Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital surrounded by his loving family.
Jack is survived by his wife of 66 years, Norma,
his children Shelley Hurst (Steve), Jim Brooks (Kim), Laura Gardham (Doug),
David Brooks (Kim) and Julie Langston (Richard),
his fourteen Grandchildren and six Great Grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the
AINSWORTH FUNERAL HOME,
288 NOXON AVENUE, WELLINGTON
on Tuesday, November 22nd, 2016 at 11:30 a.m.
followed by a reception at Wellington on the Lake Recreation Centre.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the
Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital Foundation.
