MICHAEL GEORGE HELSBY

With deep sadness the family of Michael George Helsby
announce his passing at the age of 57 years,
after a hard-fought yearlong battle with cancer.

Mike was the cherished son of Sharon and the late George Helsby
and is a lovingly remembered brother of Tracy Walsh (Will), Kelli Helsby, John Helsby (Cindy) and Todd Helsby (Melanie).
Much loved uncle of Amanda, Angela, Jeff, Alicia, Tori and Domenick.
Also loved by great nieces Brooke, Bella and Sierra.
Mike kept special memories of Alexa and Ivy (Myka).

Mike was a fan of all sports and took real pleasure in attending Wellington Dukes games and
the friendships he made with other fans. He took enjoyment and pride in his work
with Wyndham Hotels-Ramada Hotel in Belleville.
He was a kind and caring man. He will be missed by his extended family and friends.

Special thanks to the medical and surgical teams at KGH Cancer Clinic, staff at PEC Memorial Hospital
and to Dr. Tamara Adamek. The family is grateful to the South East Local Health Unit and a very special thanks to Leanne. 
Cremation has taken place and there will be a
Celebration of Life held on Sunday, October 20^th
from 2:00 – 4:30 p.m. at the Ramada Inn, Belleville
