In memory of: Vince Lebano Message: So sorry for your loss, Bince was a great colleague when we worked for Adjustment Programs in the London office. He was a conscientious dedicated Public Servant who made a difference for his clients. I was enthralled by Vince’s incredible carving talent and enjoy everyday, looking at the Flicker, Kestrel and Sawed Owl which I obtained from his fine hand. The Flicker was a gift for my mother and father in law who held it in special care until their passing. I so enjoyed our conversations as Vince would bring me up to speed on where he was at on those works. He had incredible ability to accurately reproduce his feathered friends. He truly led a life well lived and I know how pleased he was to move back to the Kingston area in retired. I feel blessed for the time we shared personally and professionally.
