MAURICE KELSO (MOE)
RCMP 35 years
Moe passed away peacefully on April 9th, 2011 in
Picton, ON after a courageous battle with cancer.
Beloved husband of Julie
Graham and the late Marg Samuels. He will be greatly missed by
his son Kevin
(Nancy Sommerville) of Belleville and daughter Jennifer (Craig Charlesworth) of
Langley, BC
and by grandchildren Victoria, Soleil, Zachary, Tyson and
MacKenzie.
Also survived by brother Bryan (Verna) and many nieces and nephews.
Born and raised in Roblin, Manitoba, Moe came to Ottawa to join the RCMP in the
1950s. He was a sportsman all his life as a player, coach and fan. He was a
dedicated Mason and member of the Canadian Legion in both Ottawa and Arundel,
Quebec and he had a keen interest in participating in community affairs.
In accordance with Moe?s wishes there will be no formal funeral service.
A "Celebration
of His Life? will be held in Ottawa at a date to be announced.
