Walt, John



John Wilfred Walt
passed away peacefully on his own terms at home on his farm early 
Sunday, October 4th, 2020, with his family close by 
at the age of 91.

He will be greatly missed by his family.

Father to Bruce (Karen), Brian (Jane), and Catherine (Walter)
Predeceased by his wife Marion, brother-in-law Joe Jackson,  
sister-in-law Jean (Conklin) Hart and sister-in-law Marilyn (Fraser) Conklin 

Lovingly remembered by his sister Eleanor Jackson, and sister in law Lois Johnston, and brother in law Allan Conklin.
Cherished grandfather to Curtis (Morgan), Natalie (Cody), Resi (Ian), Graham (Larissa), Lisa (Shane), Paul,
Tom (Cassie), Patrick (Natasha), and Stefan

Dad will be missed by his many nieces and nephews

Dad was an example of Joseph. Loyal and faithful to his wife and family.
Silent in his actions and caring to all that knew him.

Heartfelt thank you goes out to the Home Nursing team - Ashley, Sherry, Jen, and Greg
for their excellent care and compassion shown to dad.

Due to COVID-19 restriction, we are having to limit our 
times and numbers for visitations and services.

Drop-in tea will be held at Walt's Sugar Shack on Salem Road, Consecon 
from 3 pm to 5 pm on Friday, October 9th,
Please remember to practice our social distancing by wearing a mask.

or the PEC Memorial Hospital Foundation Building Fund.
