Passed away peacefully at Hastings Manor 
on Sunday, September 15th, 2019

WILLIAM ASHLEY CLOSSON

Beloved husband and best friend of Barbara for 39 years.
Dear father of Monty Closson, Curt (Wendy) Closson both of Keswick, Nancy (Cecil) Farrington of Bloomfield,
Kimberley (Mark) Sanders of Barrie, Kelly (Keith Angus) Closson of Belleville
and his step-daughters Janice (late Kevin) Riley of Ottawa and Theresa Insley of Amherstview.
Grampa to Jamie, Jenny, Julie, Brandi, Erin, Leanna, Bobbie-Jo, Mark Jr., Chloe and
step-grandchildren Amber, Daniel, Tylar and Brittany. Great Grampa to 25 and Great Great Grampa to 1.

Survived by his brother Orval (late Phyllis) Closson of Belleville.
Predeceased by his parents John and Thelma (nee Jinks) Closson.

Funeral Service will be held on 
Thursday, September 19th, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the

AINSWORTH FUNERAL HOME, 
288 NOXON AVENUE, WELLINGTON

Reverend Steve Spicer officiating
Interment Wellington Cemetery
Friends may visit with the family from 1:00 p.m. until time of service.
