In memory of: Charles Jandrew Message: My condolences to the family. I fondly remember Charlie at the Five and Dime in Wellington, when we were kids. In later years, when my parents moved into Wellington, they spent their final years at 183 Niles Street. I am forever grateful to Charlie and Jean, for watching out for my parents.
