Message: I just got word from a Lee Mills today about Glen Crowley passing on. I really liked him as a team player in Badminton. I miss playing badminton, and I'd have still been playing today if I didn't have these inflammations. I wish I could have been the badminton banquets for 2000 and for 2001 to receive the awards given out. Well, Glen's best award is to be at home with the Lord where he can enjoy all the fun and activities with the angels and saints forever.

In memory of: Glen Crowley
Message: Glen will be missed by all those who knew him, including the many coaches and youth in the Bay of Quinte and COSSA badminton community whom he so generously supported over so many years. Glen spent countless hours coaching and guiding the development of many of our high school players since I started coaching the sport in the early 1990s. He built their skills and their understanding of strategies and of the importance of fitness and endurance. He would often drop by practices at schools throughout the region to offer words of encouragement , reassurance and confidence to players who reached out to him. For those of us who were first time coaches, Glen was there to help us through the early years sharing his expertise. Always a gentleman, we looked forward to working with him. As the String Doctor, he would be on the sidelines at regional tournaments each year restringing rackets, selling equipment and offering cherished advise. We will miss his energy, his kindness, patience and positive attitude.
